As you can see in the pictures, last year turn up for Stop Police Brutality March was huge,. People came with signs, wistles, drums, outfits, t-shirts, (speakers) mock puppets and anyting that would send a message of protest to the police. The march is awsome. We walk down broadway in downtown like stars with hundreds of outlookers watching. The rally is usualy lead by handsome traditional Aztec dancers and drumers, which give to the rally its soul. The traffic is stopped for about one hour. I have been there twice and it was a heartfelt experience to see all people from all walks of life, students, professionals, workers from all ethnicities get together. Don’t miss it. It’s a lot of fun. This year the rally is going to be huge: We meet Tuesday, October 22, at 2 p.m, at the corner of Broadway and Olympic in downtown L.A. The march last about 2 hours. Bring friends. We hope to see more African-American there this year. Please tell your friends.
