NonViolent Direct Action Camp - October 5 - 15th, 2002. People from around the world will join in solidarity with the Western Shoshone people to demand that Nuclear Testing and Storage of Deadly Nuclear Waste no longer be practiced on Western Shoshone land.
Since there is currently not an IMC in Nevada, here is a good opportunity for IMC reporters, videographers and photographers from surrounding areas to cover an event that is likely to receive little or no coverage from the corporate owned "mainstream".
Also, anyone interested in advocating for a safer, more fair world will find this to be a good opportunity to do so.
