Sixteen Dead and Aggression Against Las Madres de Plaza de Mayo

In the repression in the Plaza de Mayo this morning seven members of Las Madres de Plaza de Mayo were hurt.

At least 16 people died throughout the country during the violent sackings and incidents from last night through today throughout the country, according to police data. Eight of the dead people were registered in the province of Buenos Aires, six in Santa Fe, the one in Currents and last one in Negro River.

Last night there were six deaths in the Buenosairean conurbano: a boy of 15 years was assassinated of a shot during the sacking of a supermarket of the party of Merlo; another adolescent of 14 years and a man were shot dead in an assault on a biutcher's shop of Laferrere, in Matanza; a young 23-year old was shot in the head during the sacking of a supermarket of San Francisco Solano, in Quilmes. In the locality of Don Orione, party of Admiral Brown, there were two homicides: this dawn, a boy of 19 years and another one of 21 were killed when they tried to sack individual supermarkets. Also a boy of 20 years died yesterday, in Merlo, and another one of 24, in Villa Fiorito, Buenosairean party of Hills of Zamora, both killed in attacks on supermarkets.

In Santa Fe, the Police today confirmed the identity of five people who died in the last hours in sackings and incidents in that province. In addition, the name of a minor of 15 years was not released who was

shot dead in the city of Santa Fe. In Currents, an armed confrontation between indigentes and police left

one boy dead, with a firing of itaka in the New district, of the provincial capital.

Finally, in Cipolletti, Negro River, a 46-year-old woman was shot in the middle of the confrontations

between the local police received and people who sacked a supermarket.
