lest we forget, there was another war on long before the "war on terrorism"-it's the war on capitalist globalization! On November 9, the World Trade Organization will be meeting in Quatar.
While the U.S. is ravaging Afghanistan with its terrorist attack on, supposedly, other terrorists(typical American hypocricy), we continue to be ravaged by global capital worldwide with escalating unemployment and the poverty and misery that accompanys it. Meanwhile, the WTO is preparing to meet in Quatar, a U.S. ally in the Middle East with a government that's not all that different from the Taliban in Afghanistan.
So where are the protests? Is the global general strike we were hearing about months ago still on? What are we going to do?
