Coalition of Immokalee Workers delegation member, Lucas Benitez, spoke with LA/Irvine activists who have been working very hard over the past several months to build a truly impressive base for the boycott in Taco Bell's own backyard. In meetings all over the LA area the delegates and their allies have been focusing on developing strategies to move the boycott forward. They are asking Taco Bell to pay one more cent per pound of tomatoes picked by farmworkers in Florida.
