STOP THE REPRESSION OF PROTEST!

"Carlo could not put up with injustices, he was a peaceful

boy, never violent." -Father of protester, Carlo Giuliani,

shot and killed by paramilitary police during the protests

in Genoa.

From the militarization of San Diego during the Biojustice

protests to the use of live ammunition against protesters

in Gothenberg, Sweden, to now...the blatant murder of a

protester, Carlo Giuliani, at the Genoa protests...

This lethal violence shows just how far the state and the

corporations are willing to go to suppress the voice of

the people.

We must not let them take away our right to protest,

by intimidation, violence or any other means.

Join us for a national day of protest to express our

outrage at the increasing repression against the movements

for global justice, from San Diego to Papua New Guinea

to Genoa.

OUR VOICE WILL BE HEARD! NO MORE REPRESSION!

REMEMBER CARLO GIULIANI!

MONDAY, July 23rd 5pm

DOWNTOWN FEDERAL BUILDING

880 Front Street (off Broadway)

San Diego

Bring signs, people, and outrage!

(called for by a number of organizations in the

anti-corporate globalization movement. Respond to this

to endorse this action) call Justin at (619)-293-3619 or
