Bsn DNC!
I'm running for local office, and have no time to protest, Downtown,
in the rush to get signatures for my ballot-statements -
this is not neccesarily to win, but to communicate to the electorate
in Santa Monica. (The idea was to run for all four offices, but
that ain't happening, alas, except as writing-in:
"I pledge to be your NOTA-dude" .-)
Not that I would protest in most cases, as my presidential candidate
has assembled a platfrom that addresses much of these plaints, along
with holding actual, constituent-brought planks for hearings on it -
something that the DNC would not do, til we did it (but
they were hasty, scripted affairs, that pointedly kept members
of the Progressive Caucus from having any effect on them;
Tom Hayden et al thus formed an ad hoc "democratic wing
of the Democratic Party, as reported !-)
You have got to ask yourself, as a citizen of a republic,
why a guy who was invited to speak before the Italian Parliament,
last month, on the Jubilee as applied to the debt of developing nations,
is totally dysenfranchized by "JR" Gore and the racist cabal in the DNC.
You have to ask them, why they had to resort
to nullifying the Voting Rights Act of 1965, in order to make it work;
I have only found a politico & an academic, who admitted that
they knew of this. Only the guy from Annenberg said it, publically,
at a USC Emeriti meeting, and the other guy would not say, Boo! -
even if he wasn't a Dem.
