in front of gov. davis's office in the ronald reagan building on spring and 4th. * apparently the organizers tried to arrange a meeting with the governor to discuss issues like education and police brutality. in his place, however, the governor sent the his sec. of FOREIGN affairs. not the sec. of education (which would be relevant). apparently the youth (and future) of california, many of whom are people of color, are considered a foreign matter by the governor. *
