Paint Parking Meters in Los Angeles!! Power to the People!
The metering of the use of Mother Earth Herself, and the disproportionate impact of parking
tickets on the poor and disenfranchised of our society, make parking meters a natural target of
all who love liberty and justice. We challenge the powers-that-be to recognize our actions with
paint are protected First Amendment expression, and that Tom Paine will turn over in his grave if
the LAPD attempts to supress our direct action for social justice.
