The recent arrest of former Congressional candidate Ray Lutz for attempting to register voters at Occupy San Diego is an indication of how far the class war in the U.S. has extended. It's part of a much more sophisticated series of actions on the part of the corporate Right to make sure that the "wrong" people — those that question the right of the 1 percent to run the country as they please — don't get a chance to vote.

Though a lot of the Tea Party's pretensions to be representing the original intent of the authors of the U.S. Constitution are wrong and even silly, there's one issue on which the Tea Party is right. The authors of the U.S. Constitution really did intend this country to be a limited republic, governed by an elite representing the large landowners who were the 1 percent of their day. The Constitution's principal author, James Madison, called "an equal division of property" one of the "improper or wicked projects" the Constitution was designed to prevent.

It’s not uncommon to hear a left-leaning person denounce the Bush administration with a barrage of Nazi-related epithets. The slurs are typically blurted out in anger with little thought to evidence or validity. In fact, whenever analogies are made linking a person or current event to either the Nazis or Holocaust, accusatory responses of “exaggeration” and “slander” are usually justified; it is indeed immature to randomly compare anything to the machine of Nazism that took the innocent lives of so many. While taking this into full consideration, the following is nevertheless an attempt to make some unpleasant connections.

Federal Judge Virginia A. Mathis dismissed Charles A. Schlund's lawsuit against George W. Bush late last year – without a legitimate reason for doing so. Charles Schlund is going to appeal Judge Mathis' decision. Charles Schlund is a whistleblower and political witness who is being subjected to *high-tech* [i.e. electronic] torture by the U.S. government, in order to prevent him from exposing the *massive* corruption of the Bush administration. The information that Charles Schlund has is far more damaging to George W. Bush than anything that Jack Abramoff has, and the government is desperate to prevent Mr. Schlund from getting a fair trial.
