US Congress Represents Fellow Millionaires (tags)
Democratic Representative of San Francisco, Nancy Pelosi, claims assets of $60 million, with her home and vineyard worth about $15 million. Her investments include AT&T, Cisco Systems, Microsoft, Aloca, Apple, Dow Chemical and Motorola, among others. No millionaire can possibly represent the workingclass, the 80% of us who sell our labor for less than $77,000 a year. Almost half of the US Congress are millionaires.
Tell the Sentate: Get some Ovaries, Censure Bush! (tags)
Amazingly, over 15 Senate Democrats voted to censure Clinton for a blow job, but now can't muster the indignation to tell Bush he was wrong for boldly defying U.S. law and ILLEGALLY spying on Americans! Right now there are only three sponsors of Russ Feingold's bill to censure Bush and it is set to be introduced on the Senate floor this Friday. Tell the cowering Senators: "GET some OVARIES or we will GET YOU OUT!!"

21 Senate Democrats sent a letter to Pres Bush on Jan 13, 2005 calling for a LARGER military, proving that the capitalist Democrats are just as evil as their twin party, the capitalist Republican Party, both parties of war, the death penalty, prisons, police and increasingly on the part of the Democrats, anti-abortion, to match the anti-abortion, anti-science Republicans. THEY ARE EQUALLY EVIL.

Pacifica Radio: FREEDOM TO SPEAK LARRY BENSKY'S LANGUAGE! (tags)
Many people in the KPFA listener community in the San Francisco Bay Area have asked me, Joseph Anderson, for a copy of my UC Berkeley "Daily Californian" newspaper guest column on Pacifica Radio's KPFA character Larry Bensky. At the time of its original publication, I knew nothing about Bensky other than how he came across on the air. I guess it is time for a confirming retrospective. Bensky hasn't changed a bit. This was written during the Pacifica Radio crisis of 1999, when Bensky was fired (thanks to *me*, now it can be told!). I immediately notified and talked to Mary Berry, then, about his insubordination and symbolically offered to let her have Bensky in exchange for Pacifica Radio back. But, it was still nice to have someone Black shut *Bensky* up!
WHO'S A JEW IN CONGRESS (tags)
I'd think publishing a list like this would be anti-Semitic. Evidently, it's not! Everything, including the title: "Who's A Jew In Congress" is from the Jewish Telegraphic Agency. Do other religions keep & publish similiar lists? Who's a Baptist... a Catholic in congress?
