Sky Harbor Airport will be closed when Emperor Bush lands only inconveniencing a few thousand people for a few hours, but the Emperor must be protected. The Squaw Peak freeway and Lincoln Drive will probably be closed to keep peons and potential killers away from the Emperors motorcade. But its part of the job of protecting the Emperor.
