The site of the latest school shooting, Virginia Tech, was also the site of a military college. Cho Seung-Hui, the shooter, had a long history of reported psychiatric problems and yet he was allowed to attend school and allowed to purchase guns. As the article below states, it was very difficult to kill so many people with these 2 weapons.
