Scott, a young Gay man who co-founded San Diego County's Student Alliance for Equality (SAFE) and was cited as a role model by fellow SAFE activist Amy Frye and educator Ernie McCray at the August 19 San Diego Scouting for All rally, participated in the post-rally leafleting on the Balboa Park esplanade.
