Farewell to the unipolar world and Disaster capitalism (tags)
The sanctions have already proved to be a dangerous boomerang because they hit Europe harder than Russia... It is a suicidal illusion to try to win a war against the raw materials giant Russia - which possesses more than a third of all fossil energies and raw materials on earth...

TRULY Independent 9/11 Research (tags)
Before you decide whether or not to believe a word I say, it might do well to consider that in the last five years, I have had some forty or so email accounts hacked to uselessness as well as half a dozen mailing lists. I have dealt with literally, many thousands of electronic attacks, from files disappearing from my home computer (key files researching Booz, Allen, & Hamilton) to an unending stream of attempts at depositing worms and viruses in my hardware, sometimes to the tune of several hundred in a week. His job is to guarantee Bush Junior gets reelected. His job is to see that no viable Democratic candidate survives the primaries. His job, should he miraculously get elected over Bush, is to then run, execute, implement the American-led Empire precisely as George Bush Junior would have done.
History is but the precedent for the future wars (tags)
There will be more wars, not for humanitarian aid, democracy or liberation, but for control of regions necessary to empire’s birth. We will be lied to again and again.

If the US and Iraq do go to war, there can only be one winner, can't there? Maybe not. This summer, in a huge rehearsal of just such a conflict - and with retired Lieutenant General Paul Van Riper playing Saddam - the US lost. Julian Borger asks the former marine how he did it
