There was also discussion and considerable controversy over the ratification of Ernst & Young LLP as "independent" auditors and shareholder proposals for transparency in political donations and lobbying.

New documents from the FBI and U.S. Attorneys’ offices paint a troubling picture of the government’s email surveillance practices.
