SALSA NIGHTS" deals with a young woman with a four year old child who is divorced from her husband serving 25 years to life in a California prison for stealing a greeting card for their first anniversary. It is through this relationship that the play explores politics, prison reform, the post 9/11 wars, and interethnic hostility. Spiced with tragedy and humor, this play has a happy ending!
