Mass Meeting at African American Museum to save Cultural Affairs Department (tags)
Several large community meetings have already been held across Los Angeles to stop the proposed elimination of L.A.'s Cultural Affairs Department (CAD). There are few arts organizations or arts festivals in L.A. that do not benefit from CAD grants.
