Activists made a friendship circle at the South East Circle of Balboa Park, then Head to the Streets towards the San Diego Convention Center while Police Presence remains High, and While California Highway Patrol officers block streets and circle the area with a Loud disruptive Helicopter in the air. As the Activists march, so do the police officers behind them.
