No warrant of arrest was produced at the time of his abduction. Reports indicate that personal affects were taken from members of his family when he was abducted. The AJLPP believed that as long as the US-Arroyo regime remained play deaf and dumb on political killings and abduction of activists in the Philippines, her hands will be filled with blood and not too soon, she will pay like Marcos and Estrada for her crimes against the people.
