In order to reach an international audience the Document has to be written in the english language, and to avoid its contamination with apocryphal signatures a neutral institution like PetitionOnline has to be searched. The lack of a free academic discussion of that deficit --due to a climate of fear-- is not possible within CONICET, neither in the rest of institutions that are concerned with education and culture. * The Venezuelan Comision de Relaciones Anarquistas (CRA) calls for solidarity with a project which is the first of its kind in our country: the opening (sunday 14th November 2004) of a Libertarian Social Studies Centre (Centro de Estudios Sociales Libertarios - CESL), together with a social library.
