While the debt swap proposes an alternative for the South American country to avoid paying hold-outs, it fails to reverse the global implications on debt markets, debt restructuring and financial stability.

On the news often we hear of rings of such people getting busted. Sometimes it's the internet and child pornographers, etc. Sometimes it's closer to home. Either way, we're glad they're busted, exposed and off the streets. We consider that a high priority for law enforcement, wouldn't you agree? The safety, welfare and protection of our kids comes first and foremost, prior to anything else. We feel it in the pit of our stomachs, instinctively, whether we have kids or we don't, we must make them safe.
