He has been organizing tenants in his building for two years. He is popular with tenants for helping force the landlord, Alfredo Alverado, to make major repairs. A week after Alfredo and Gabriel Alvarado lost in court against Art and the Velasquez family their car was torched. This is a terrorist act!
