After reporting this to Internal Affairs, it was kicked back to the Hooper Heliport for investigation. Given the fact that the Captain is one of the men involved, I hardly feel they can conduct an unbias investigation.

The Historic Filipinotown residents and organizations will commemorate the centenary of the Filipino workers migration to the United States in 2006 with the holding of the 2nd annual Historic Filipinotown Mayflower Festival (Flores De Mayo) on Saturday, May 27 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM in Historic Filipinotown, Los Angeles. Philippine Idol- the famous singer-April Boy Regino who is in Los Angeles for his show was invited to perform during the festival.
