On Saturday, March 27th, thousands of students and workers took the streets of Los Angeles in Downtown Los Angeles to celebrate the success of Cesar Chavez immigrant rights movement. United Farm Workers (UFW) organized the event. Among other major organizations that promoted the march were the following unions: SEIU, AFL-CIO, and CLC.
