Hundreds of protestors crowded all four corners of York and Figueroa from 5pm till after 8. Very enthusiastic response from the heavy traffic.

This protest was also a food drive to benefit Burbank MS and NELA Food Distribution "for those most vulnerable in our community," and a good number of boxes were filled with items like non-perishable food, pet food, hygiene products, and paper towels.
The event was organized by Highland Park Strong, "a coalition of Indigenous Elders, Veterans, and Community Members."
