\r\nMy\r\nshrewd take on this question is that so long as ushering carbon\r\ncredit is the principal underlying agenda of Global Governance, so\r\nlong as global warming menace is the means employed by the United\r\nNations Agenda 21 to forcibly induce changes in attitude and behavior\r\nthat give preference to the natural processes of “Gaia”\r\nover human existence and human experience, so long as political will\r\nand its legalisms continue to be enacted on the core premise laid out\r\nin the Club of Rome report “In\r\nsearching for a common enemy against whom we can unite, we came up\r\nwith the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water\r\nshortages, famine and the like, would fit the bill. In their totality\r\nand their interactions these phenomena do constitute a common threat\r\nwhich must be confronted by everyone together. ... All these dangers\r\nare caused by human intervention in natural processes, and it is only\r\nthrough changed attitudes and behavior that they can be overcome. The\r\nreal enemy then is humanity itself.”<\/i><\/b>, the\r\nprincipal focus of the public's, as well as the scientists', and all\r\nthe national and international political pied pipers' attention\r\nshould not be on this red herring question of is there or isn't there\r\nGlobal Warming. \r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nClimate\r\nchange due to sun's activity is a natural and cyclic phenomenon. To\r\noverload that phenomenon with the Machiavellian motivation to search\r\n“for a common enemy against whom we\r\ncan unite, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of\r\nglobal warming, water shortages, famine and the like,” <\/i><\/b>is\r\na cunning misdirection that is sucking up the productive energies of\r\nwell-intentioned and concerned people, while enlisting useful idiots\r\nat the grass-roots level to the cause of UN Agenda 21.<\/p>\r\n

\r\nThe\r\ncommon public attention should instead be focused on the Carbon\r\nCredit scam and the Global Governance agenda under UN Agenda 21 which\r\nis being diabolically legalized using a multiplicity of propaganda\r\ncovers including the fear of Climate Change in order to lend that\r\nexercise “legal” and political legitimacy. \r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nThe\r\nsubversion by misdirection is worldwide --- no statesman who has any\r\nstanding, is standing up to this Big Lie. This grotesque reality of\r\nuniversal co-option was most perceptively captured in 1970 by a\r\nformer FBI agent after reading Carroll Quigley's 1966 book Tragedy\r\n& Hope: A History of the World in Our Time,<\/i> with these\r\nportentous words:<\/p>\r\n

\r\n'The\r\nreal value of Tragedy and Hope ... [is the] bold and boastful\r\nadmission by Dr. Quigley that there actually exists a relatively\r\nsmall but powerful group which has succeeded in acquiring a\r\nchoke-hold on the affairs of practically the entire human race. Of\r\ncourse we should be quick to recognize that no small group could\r\nwield such gigantic power unless millions of people in all walks of\r\nlife were “in on the take” and were willing to knuckle\r\ndown to the iron-clad regimentation of the ruthless bosses behind the\r\nscenes. As we shall see, the network has\r\nsucceeded in building its power structure by using tremendous\r\nquantities of money (together with the vast influence it buys) to\r\nmanipulate, intimidate, or corrupt millions of men and women and\r\ntheir institutions on a world-wide basis.'<\/b> (W. \r\nThe\r\ntortuous reality of global co-option, as stated by the powers that be\r\nthemselves, is that: \r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\n“The\r\nfew who understand the system will either be so interested in its\r\nprofits or be so dependent upon its favours that there will be no\r\nopposition from that class, while on the other hand, the great body\r\nof people, mentally incapable of comprehending [the system], will\r\nbear its burdens without complaint, and perhaps without even\r\nsuspecting that the system is inimical to their interests.” <\/b>\r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nToday,\r\nin the latter part of the second decade of the twenty-first century,\r\nthe empirical reality around me just tells me that it is only a\r\nmatter of time before carbon credit is a done deal, a fait\r\naccompli<\/i>. The red herring question whether or not there is Global\r\nWarming or Climate Change due to man's activity would soon become a\r\nmoot point as global masses come to accept and live in growth chains\r\nunder the United Nations Agenda 21. Unlike in nuclear fission\r\nreaction which requires compression pressure to increase to the point\r\nof critical mass to set off the nuclear chain reaction to make a\r\nnuclear explosion, mankind does not appear to have such a critical\r\nmass of compression. We have demonstrated throughout our short\r\nhistory on earth how much we are able to be oppressed with ease and\r\nstill get used to it --- mankind's innumerable prophets' lofty\r\nplatitudes of boldly casting aside the chains of servitude\r\nnotwithstanding. \r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nThis\r\nis what the powers that be are banking on --- our infinite capacity\r\nto not just voluntarily accept servitude, but under the right set of\r\nperception management \/ psychologically persuasive \/ pharmacological\r\ncocktails, even come to love it. Aldous Huxley had called this latter\r\ncontrol the “ultimate in malevolent revolution”. That is\r\nthe path which has been ordained for humanity by the powers that be\r\nand it is not obvious how hoi polloi<\/i> can effectively counter\r\nit before it is fait accompli<\/i>. Platitudes abound, including my\r\nown two cents worth<\/u>.\r\nThese look rather nice on paper, or from pulpits and podiums, even\r\nappear self-evident, but, in the history of civilizations that is\r\nrecorded, has never come to pass en masse. In our modernity which is\r\ncharacterized by universal deceit, when just speaking the plain truth\r\nis deemed to be a “revolutionary act”, when false hopes\r\nand false prophets shepherd the herd to this and that form of\r\n“awakening” and run them in circles, the real ray of hope\r\nperhaps comes from witnessing the daily courage of resistance of the\r\ncommon man in places like Palestine. \r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nTo\r\npercolate that courage upwards, from oppression by visible bayonet\r\nthat is resisted through the fight or flight natural response, to\r\noppression by the more intangible mind-behavior control methods when\r\none is made to love one's servitude and consequently disarmed of all\r\ncourage to resist ab initio, is the hard challenge. A\r\nchallenge for those few who do understand the system and are neither\r\ninterested in its profits and nor so dependent upon its favours that\r\nit can stop them without killing them.<\/b><\/p>\r\n

\r\nHere\r\nis an excerpt from statements of dissenting scientists worldwide\r\nwhich puts an immediate end to the Big lie of “consensus”.\r\nThe latest version of this 2008\r\nexcerpted report<\/u>\r\nis the December\r\n8, 2010 U.S. Senate Minority Report<\/u>\r\n( http:\/\/cfact.org\/pdf\/2010_Senate_Minority_Report.pdf\r\n) which updates this 2008 number of More Than 700 (Previously 650),\r\nto More Than 1000 International Scientists Dissent Over Man-Made\r\nGlobal Warming Claims to Debunk Fading “Consensus”.<\/i>\r\nIt begs the question why newsmedia, politicians, scholars, pulpits,\r\ngovernments, just ignore it. The self-evident answer – those\r\nwho know are already playing in the shell game. And those who don't\r\nknow? At least some among them refuse to know but think they know\r\nenough to write a whole handbook on it: Unprecedented\r\nClimate Mobilization: A Handbook for Citizens and Their Governments<\/i><\/u>.\r\nThe rest --- well, efforts like these is for their sake.<\/p>\r\n

    \r\nBackdrop<\/b><\/p>\r\n

    \r\nThere\r\nis an overarching social theory behind the propaganda of Global\r\nWarming \/ Climate Change. And that is the construction of one-world\r\ngovernment. That entails, inter alia, how mankind should be\r\norganized, governed, their attitudes and behavior changed, in a\r\nmassive reboot of all civilizations into a standardized civilization\r\nwith standardized new religion, new habits, new lifestyles, with much\r\nof the planet earth off limits to the vast masses of humanity in the\r\nname of preserving nature, wildlife, environment, Gaia (mother\r\nearth), for future generations. Individual rights to be subsumed\r\nunder community rights. Private property rights abolished for the\r\npublic (not for the elite who hold property under corporations,\r\ntax-exempt foundations, non-governmental organizations called NGOs,\r\netc.) Such a massive overhaul of mankind, a global transformation,\r\ncannot be brought about by peoples and nations simply agreeing to\r\ngiving up their rights and national sovereignty. So it is to be\r\naccomplished by stealth, in baby-steps, disguised firstly in\r\nnice-sounding mantras easily palatable to the public mind. One of\r\nthose nice sounding things is the “green” agenda called\r\n“Sustainable Development”. Secondly, the stealth is\r\ndisguised as solutions to crises and menaces that people and\r\ngovernments would easily accept under conditions of psychological\r\nfear and physical terror. One of those menaces is Global Warming \/\r\nClimate Change and its solution is Carbon Credit and Agenda 21.\r\nSimilarly, another menace is terrorism, and its solution is global\r\nwar on terror that enables instituting global standardized\r\npolice-state polices. There are many more aspects to this and covers\r\nthe whole gamut of human activity. \r\n<\/p>\r\n

    \r\nTo\r\nunderstand the overarching big picture and why these methods are\r\nactually masks for a Machiavellian game plan, let's begin with the\r\nCFR, Council on Foreign Relations:<\/p>\r\n

    \r\n“In\r\nshort, the ‘house of world order’ will have to be built\r\nfrom the bottom up, rather than from the top down. It will look like\r\na great ‘booming, buzzing confusion’ to use William\r\nJames’ famous description of reality, but an end run around\r\nnational sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece will accomplish much\r\nmore than the old-fashioned frontal assault.<\/b><\/p>\r\n

    \r\nThe\r\nquestion is whether this more modest approach can do the job. Can it\r\nreally bring mankind into the twenty-first century with reasonable\r\nprospects for peace, welfare and human dignity?
