The\r\nextravagance enacted in the mainstream media, alternately making\r\nheroes of the whistleblowers and demonizing them, is a giveaway to\r\nthe circus show being enacted for plebeian consumption. \r\n<\/p>\r\n \r\nFor,\r\nit matters not which side one takes, as both sides are patently\r\nfalse, crafted of calculated omissions and half-truths that retain\r\ncore-lies, right out of the text book of the Technique\r\nof Infamy<\/u>\r\n: invent two lies and keep the public busy debating which of them\r\nis true!<\/b><\/p>\r\n \r\nThe\r\nrole of crafty omissions in fabricating propaganda was best captured\r\nby Aldous Huxley in his Preface to Brave New World<\/i> thusly:<\/p>\r\n \r\n‘The\r\ngreatest triumphs of propaganda have been accomplished, not by doing\r\nsomething, but by refraining from doing. Great is truth, but still\r\ngreater, from a practical point of view, is silence about truth. By\r\nsimply not mentioning certain subjects, by lowering what Mr.\r\nChurchill calls an “iron curtain” <\/b>between the masses\r\nand such facts or arguments as the local political bosses regard as\r\nundesirable, totalitarian propagandists have influenced opinion much\r\nmore effectively than they could have done by the most eloquent\r\ndenunciations, the most compelling of logical rebuttals. But silence\r\nis not enough. If persecution, liquidation and the other symptoms of\r\nsocial friction are to be avoided, the positive sides of propaganda\r\nmust be made as effective as the negative.’ — Aldous\r\nHuxley, Preface (circa 1946) to Brave New World, 1931, Harper, pg. 11<\/p>\r\n \r\nTo\r\nuncover omissions in a discourse is very difficult for the public who\r\ndo not often have command over the domain in which the falsehoods are\r\nbeing perpetuated. As the psychological insight already quoted above\r\nfrom the Terrorism Study Group betrays, “'Public\r\nAssumptions' Shape Views of History. Such presumptions are beliefs\r\n(1) thought to be true (although not necessarily known to be true\r\nwith certainty), and (2) shared in common within the relevant\r\npolitical community.”<\/b> <\/i>\r\n<\/p>\r\n \r\nWhich\r\nis why inculcating ignorance, especially political-historical\r\nignorance pertaining to international relations, and being made\r\ntrusting of authority figures and the state, are the pre-requisites\r\nfor any vile propaganda to succeed! A well bred lack of skepticism to\r\nauthority figures, to experts in scientific disciplines, and to\r\ndissenting chiefs playing controlled opposition, thus becomes the\r\nheart of social engineering for 'United We Stand'.<\/p>\r\n \r\nThis\r\nsurfeit of blind trust in authority is what is ultimately harvested\r\nby the Mighty Wurlitzer. For a skeptical public, the tunes of the\r\nMighty Wurlitzer would fall on very deaf ears and public governance\r\nfor private agendas would be well-nigh impossible in democratic\r\nnations. This is qualitatively no different than the power exercised\r\nby the religious clergy upon their faithful flock in any religion.\r\nExcept that modernity has perniciously replaced them with\r\nmulti-faceted secular clergies, the “experts”, each\r\ndemanding obedience from its own 'United We Stand' trusting flock in\r\nall aspects of modern life.<\/p>\r\n \r\nThis\r\nis also why “leaking” information from “experts”\r\nand “insiders” commands such a premium in Machiavellian\r\ndemocratic statecraft. When used judiciously so as not to dilute its\r\nimpact, it can herd the flock in pretty much any direction that is\r\ndesired.<\/p>\r\n \r\nAs\r\nfurther empirically evidenced in the forensic analysis presented\r\nhere, these so called whistleblowing of leaky buckets<\/i> also\r\nsucceed in accomplishing two important elements of statecraft:<\/p>\r\n \r\n\tvicariously\r\n\treinvigorate in the short-term public memory, the already\r\n\testablished-by-fiat facts and core-axioms of empire; \r\n\t<\/p>\r\n\t<\/li> \r\n\testablish\r\n\tnew convenient facts on the ground which are subsequently accepted\r\n\tas revealed gospel truths because of the already established\r\n\tthought-stream by the scholars of empire that when something is held\r\n\tin secret or is classified and subsequently declassified, or is\r\n\tprematurely leaked to the public, that it must contain some genuine\r\n\t“state secrets”, and never red herrings. Such\r\n\tthought-streams enable the directives of NSC 10\/2 for plausible\r\n\tdeniability (and those like it which we do not know about) to be\r\n\ttrivially impressed upon the public mind (see Anatomy\r\n\tof Conspiracy Theory<\/u>).\r\n\tThese revelations of presumed “state-secrets”\r\n\tsubsequently become the new unquestioned backdrops for both state\r\n\tpolicies and public discourses – the new “doctrinal\r\n\tmotivations” – <\/i>with copious help from the Mighty\r\n\tWurlitzer's refined machinery. \r\n\t<\/p>\r\n<\/li><\/ul>\r\n \r\nThis\r\nenables the successful deployment of already pre-planned policy\r\nprescriptions which craftily impel the various incantations of\r\nhegemony forward in baby-steps. Both, domestically by incrementally\r\nclamping down hard on rising discontent in the name of “national\r\nsecurity”, and internationally by continuing to wage unpopular\r\nwars of preemption upon the 'untermenschen'. The infernal enemy has\r\nnow been (re)confirmed to exist (despite popular skepticism) since\r\neven empire's own henchmen in their secret documents also affirm that\r\nbelief (sic!). Speak of self-servingly suffering from a incestuously\r\nself-reinforced “crippled epistemology”!<\/i><\/p>\r\n \r\nThe\r\ngrandmaster of The Grand Chessboard<\/i> himself, in his volt face\r\nhalf-truth laced testimony before the Senate Foreign Relations\r\nCommittee in 2007, confirmed the deconstruction of statecraft being\r\ndone in this report: “To argue that America is already at\r\nwar in the region with a wider Islamic threat, of which Iran is the\r\nepicenter, is to promote a self-fulfilling prophecy.”<\/b> (see\r\nfull quote below) \r\n<\/p>\r\n \r\nBut\r\nearlier, the same Jewish architect of inflicting America's hegemony\r\nupon the world, Zbigniew Brzezinski, in his 1996 book The Grand\r\nChessboard<\/i> had un-abashedly examined the need for such\r\ninvigorations of the public mind and the very promotion of\r\nself-fulfilling prophecies as a basic military tactic in order to\r\nassert American Primacy and Its Geostrategic Imperatives<\/i>. As\r\nthe former National Security Advisor under President Carter, and\r\nthink-tank advisor to all subsequent occupants of the White House\r\nwithout prejudice, a diabolical strategist for the one-world\r\noligarchic agenda primarily working for David Rockefeller who\r\nappointed him the first executive director of the Trilateral\r\nCommission, Brzezinski with his imposing resume (see Zbigniew\r\nBrzezinski<\/u>\r\n) betrays a shrewd comprehension of Machiavellian statecraft's\r\nreliance on social engineering. Here is a snippet for the absolute\r\nnecessity of controlling the public mind for “imperial\r\nmobilization”:<\/p>\r\n \r\n“It\r\nis also a fact that America is too democratic at home to be\r\nautocratic abroad. This limits the use of America's power, especially\r\nits capacity for military intimidation.<\/b> Never before has a\r\npopulist democracy attained international supremacy. But the\r\npursuit of power is not a goal that commands popular passion, except\r\nin conditions of a sudden threat or challenge to the public's sense\r\nof domestic well-being.<\/b> The economic self-denial (that is defense\r\nspending), and the human sacrifice (casualties even among\r\nprofessional soldiers) required in the effort are uncongenial to\r\ndemocratic instincts. Democracy is inimical to imperial\r\nmobilization.”<\/b> (pgs. 35-36) ;<\/p>\r\n \r\n“Public\r\nopinion polls suggest that only a small minority (13 percent) of\r\nAmericans favor the proposition that 'as the sole remaining\r\nsuperpower, the US should continue to be the preeminent world leader\r\nin solving international problems'. ... Moreover, as America becomes\r\nan increasingly multicultural society, it may find it more difficult\r\nto fashion a consensus on foreign policy issues, except in the\r\ncircumstance of a truly massive and widely perceived direct external\r\nthreat. .... More generally, cultural change in America may also\r\nbe uncongenial to the sustained exercise abroad of genuinely imperial\r\npower. That exercise requires a high degree of doctrinal\r\nmotivation, intellectual commitment, and patriotic gratification.”<\/i><\/b>\r\n(page 211 and onwards, PDF\r\nbook<\/u>)<\/p>\r\n \r\nThe\r\ndiabolical utility of planting of “'Public Assumptions'\r\n[that] Shape Views of History” <\/i><\/b>and therefore of current\r\naffairs, as the “doctrinal motivation”<\/i><\/b>\r\nwhich can create “intellectual commitment”<\/b>,<\/i>\r\nand is rewarded by “patriotic gratification”<\/i><\/b>,\r\nin this 'War on Terror' against the vile Militant Islam's torch\r\nbearers, the Islamofascists, cannot escape the careful reader's\r\nattention. It has wonderfully enabled “America's power,\r\nespecially its capacity for military intimidation.”<\/i><\/b><\/p>\r\n \r\nCatastrophic\r\nTerrorism<\/b><\/p>\r\n \r\nThe\r\nTerrorism\r\nStudy Group<\/u>\r\nin fact took up the future foretelling in 1997-1998 where\r\nBrzezinski's self-serving clairvoyance had left off in 1996 with his\r\npithy diabolical wisdom in The Grand Chessboard:<\/i> “Democracy\r\nis inimical to imperial mobilization.”<\/i><\/b> Phil Zelikow,\r\nthe future 9\/11 Commission Executive Director, led the so called\r\nstudy on Catastrophic\r\nTerrorism<\/u>.\r\nIt presaged, on October 15, 1998, a full three years before 9\/11, how\r\nthat instinctual aversion of America's democratic public to “imperial\r\nmobilization”<\/i> would be overcome by the United States\r\nstriking out in response to catastrophic terrorism on its soil:<\/p>\r\n \r\n“An\r\nact of catastrophic terrorism that killed thousands or tens of\r\nthousands of people and\/or disrupted the necessities of life for\r\nhundreds of thousands, or even millions, would be a watershed event\r\nin America’s history.<\/b> It could involve loss of life and\r\nproperty unprecedented for peacetime and undermine Americans’\r\nfundamental sense of security within their own borders in a manner\r\nakin to the 1949 Soviet atomic bomb test, or perhaps even worse.\r\nConstitutional liberties would be challenged as the United States\r\nsought to protect itself from further attacks by pressing against\r\nallowable limits in surveillance of citizens, detention of suspects,\r\nand the use of deadly force.<\/b> More violence would follow, either\r\nas other terrorists seek to imitate this great ‘success’\r\nor as the United States strikes out at those considered responsible.\r\nLike Pearl Harbor, such an event would divide our past and future\r\ninto a ‘before’ and ‘after.’” <\/b>---\r\nHistory\r\nCommons<\/u>\r\n( http:\/\/tinyurl.com\/mlzfns )<\/p>\r\n \r\nThe\r\nreality du jour exactly matches the doctrinal presaging done years in\r\nadvance. America today is a police-state continually “pressing\r\nagainst allowable limits in surveillance of citizens, detention of\r\nsuspects”<\/i><\/b>, “the use of deadly force”<\/i><\/b>\r\nis ubiquitous, and is fully engaged in a perpetual war of “imperial\r\nmobilization”<\/i><\/b>, ahem, 'war on terror' against some Ali\r\nBaba, which its own former director of the CIA calls “World War\r\nIV” (see CNN report Thursday, April 3, 2003: Ex-CIA\r\ndirector: U.S. faces 'World War IV'<\/u>).\r\nIts next target: Iran.<\/p>\r\n \r\nPredictably,\r\nwith rising skepticism among the public on the utility of pursuing\r\nendless wars against illusive enemies that is making their own nation\r\ngo bankrupt, more “harmful leaks” from assets like\r\nWikileaks will occur, but understandably none which are actually\r\nsubstantial. Like, blowing the lid on 9\/11 as an inside job<\/i>,\r\ndirectly naming the top beneficiaries who shorted the Airline stocks\r\nraking in billions, or revealing how BBC came to report the\r\ndemolition of WTC-7 a full 20 minutes before it actually transpired,\r\nnever mind lending confirmation to any of the forensic detective work\r\nby independent researchers from the debris of 9\/11, etceteras. And\r\nthe main leaker du jour, Mr. patsy Julian Assange, like Mr. patsy Lee\r\nHarvey Oswald before him, will be sacrificed, perhaps with a new\r\n'lone gunmen' enactment, or perhaps juridically, to lend the hoopla\r\neven more public respectability. One can already see the main dissent-chiefs of the West,\r\nlike the venerable professor Noam Chomsky, anointed by the New York\r\nTimes as “arguably the most important intellectual alive”,<\/i>\r\nand the distinguished Daniel Ellsberg, excitedly supporting these\r\nWikileaks exposés as if something ethereal was “revealed\r\nin the Sinai” <\/i>(borrowing that diction from Elie Wiesel).<\/p>\r\n \r\nIt\r\nis not for nothing that James Jesus Angleton, Head of CIA Counter\r\nIntelligence 1954-1974, is quoted in the 1992 BBC-2 Documentary on\r\nOperation\r\nGladio<\/u>.\r\nPart-3<\/u>\r\nof the Gladio documentary has the following lovely statement\r\nquoted from the US Army's Top Secret Field Manual: \r\n<\/p>\r\n \r\n“Top\r\nSecret: There may be times when host country governments show\r\npassivity or indecision in the face of Communist subversion ... US\r\nArmy Intelligence must have the means of launching special operations\r\nwhich will convince host country governments and public opinion of\r\nthe reality of the insurgent danger<\/b> ... US Army Intelligence\r\nshould seek to penetrate the insurgency by means of agents of special\r\nassignments, with the task of forming special action groups among the\r\nmost radical elements of the insurgency.”<\/p>\r\n \r\nReplacing\r\n“Communist subversion” in the text above with\r\n“Islamofascist terror” makes what is being stated in this\r\nreport obvious. A new\r\ngeneration of Noam Chomsky legatees will emerge with new best-selling\r\nbooks waiving their sublime morality at empire (see Hegelian\r\nDialectic of Dissent<\/u>\r\nbelow) and will get to occupy prestigious chairs in the academe as\r\nthe new conscience of the world in one-world government.<\/p>\r\n \r\nWhat\r\nappears to be out of control Terrorism worldwide in 2014, and which\r\nis continuing to extract its pound of flesh<\/i> from the\r\nsovereignty of nation-states faster than any other global crisis to\r\ndate, can easily be comprehended when NATO's Operation Gladio of\r\nyesteryear is employed as the political science template. The\r\nmotivations and the forces that drive global terrorism is writ large\r\nin that most empirical exposure of state sponsored terror disguised\r\nas “insurgency”. To make it believable and plausible,\r\nreal insurgents are created, and existing insurgent groups,\r\nespecially those with existential discontents, are infiltrated, and\r\ntheir destructive energies channeled in service of larger political\r\nagendas of which often the patsies themselves remain unaware of. The\r\nevidence from CIA's\r\nMK ULTRA<\/u>\r\nprogram of yesteryear, and the empirical suicide bombings in the\r\nterrorism acts today, indicate to those who can observe rationally\r\nwith even an iota of brain functioning, that the art of manufacturing\r\nthe perfect Manchurian Candidate<\/i> has been perfected. And so\r\nhas its deployment on demand as in Operation Gladio. \r\n<\/p>\r\n \r\nNo\r\nintelligence apparatus in any country, no news media, no\r\nestablishmentarian politician to scholar to military man, nor any of\r\nthe touted intellectuals playing dissent with the establishment's\r\nnarratives, go there. Why not? Because there are always substantial\r\ntangible and intangible, as well as existential rewards to be gained\r\nby silence. It is all too evident that some\r\nmileage is being derived by officially burying that nemesis at sea, a\r\nthousand miles from where they proclaim they killed him in an ambush\r\nin Abbottabad, Pakistan. Conveniently, it was in Pakistan and not\r\nAfghanistan that mankind's toughest and most resourceful nemesis was\r\nfound and killed. The color coded threat alerts instantly went up\r\nworldwide. Pakistan Navy presumably already suffered a bizarre\r\nrevenge attack on its naval base in Karachi from Ali Baba's elusive\r\norganization still intact, and now even more formidable than ever\r\nbefore. And its base of operation? Of course Pakistan!<\/p>\r\n \r\nJust\r\nas George W. Bush Jr., had intimated was the new Terror\r\nCentral<\/u>:\r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n \r\n“If\r\nanother September 11 style attack is being planned, it probably is\r\nbeing plotted in Pakistan, and not Afghanistan”! <\/i><\/b>\r\n<\/p>\r\n \r\nBrzezinski's\r\nunraveling of that Bushism<\/i> in his SFRC testimony quoted above\r\nnotwithstanding, was the 43rd President of the United States, George\r\nW. Bush Jr., just inordinately insightful to predict such matters as\r\nhe was preparing to hand the presidential charge to his successor on\r\nthe “change” platform? Carefully dissecting the nature of\r\nsuch self-serving propagandistic clairvoyance can perhaps also help\r\nthe public to become shrewdly clairvoyant in their own self-defense\r\nin these often confusing matters on international relations.\r\nEspecially on what's likely to come as the next global mythical\r\nterror threat in the aftermath of Osama Bin Laden.
