This is an open forum for parents <br>  <br> to discuss issues of raising healthy children on a budget and making them feel more empowered as individuals through the <br>  <br> choices they make to determine their own lives. <br><br> SECOND FLOOR 12pm - 12:50pm <br>  <br> *Notes on the Black Bloc <br>  <br> A short history of Black Bloc tactics, it's origins, uses, and purpose. We will discuss Black Bloc tactics within the <br>  <br> contemporary Anarchist and anti-authoritarian movements and the federal repression surrounding these tactics and the <br>  <br> anarchist movement as a whole. We will also discuss how to form a bloc, including what to wear and what not to wear during <br>  <br> black bloc actions. We will out Line different forms of anarchist federations. We will put <br>  <br> special emphases on The Russian Anarchist  Abroads' Platform. It was the bombing of the Eagle <br>  <br> Woolen Co. The Los Angeles Times described stated that it must be anarchist because a &ldquo;seedy-looking man about 45-years <br>  <br> old&rdquo; with a &ldquo;a straggly beard, wild-looking eyes\" was seen while \"carrying an ugly looking article in his hand.&rdquo; That is what I <br>  <br> get for agreeing to impromptu interviews. In challenging this idea, we challenge <br>  <br> ourselves to be more free, more trusting, and more independent.
