With Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's arrival in the U.S. this week, the world’s attention has focused on the repeated threats made by both the U.S. and Israel to launch airstrikes against Iran’s nuclear research facilities. In speeches before the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, or AIPAC, the nation’s most powerful pro-Israel lobby, President Obama, Prime Minister Netanyahu and three GOP presidential candidates discussed the West’s confrontation with Iran.
