With support of UN and of the western press, France froze dictator Kadafi's assets and later it bombed Tr&iacute;poli and  other cities of Libya several times to guarantee the rebels' victory and the \"democratization\" of that country.    <br>  <br>    <br>  <br> This is the French version of the humanitarian war of England in Afghanistan, which was for his time the English version of Hitler's humanitarian wars in Austria, in Poland...    <br>  <br>    <br>  <br> And since France is so jealous with the freedom of the Libyans, I don't see why somebody is not able to the being in relation to Guyane Fran&ccedil;aise 's inhabitants' freedom . After all, as much as the Libyans the inhabitants of this France colony should be entitled to the solemnity-determination. Besides, to example of the Libyans the peopple of Guyane should also be very interested in controlling the oil reserves that exist at his country.    <br>  <br>    <br>  <br> We already saw that UN was capable to authorize the bombing of Tripoli to guarantee the Libyan rebels' victory.
