A victim of Lamoreaux Justice almost died on Tuesday. The domestic violence victim has a permanent restraining order against a psychotic batterer who almost killed her and other members of her family. Judge Waltz let the batterer have access to the victim’s mother. Then he let the batterer cut the wife’s insurance while she was in intensive care from the unspeakable brutality she experienced. The batterer was allowed to harass his wife in and out of the courtroom and she has been hospitalized several times recently and is not expected to live long.

The victim’s mother got her own restraining order after she was crippled by the guy. In a strange turn of events the batterer is claiming the right to access to the older victim and her property. He is even trying to get his disabled wife jailed for not openly granting him access to her crippled mother and her property..

Only at Lamoreaux could justice be that far from civilized.
