\r\n\tIf\r\n\tyou or your family owned movable, immovable, or intangible property\r\n\tthat was confiscated, looted or forcibly sold in countries governed\r\n\tor occupied by the Nazi forces or Axis powers during the Holocaust\r\n\tera and you or your relatives received no restitution for that\r\n\tproperty after the Holocaust era, you may be eligible to participate\r\n\tin the Holocaust Era Asset Restitution Taskforce project (Project\r\n\tHEART).<\/p>\r\n\t

<\/p>\r\n\t

\r\n\tProject\r\n\tHEART is a nonprofit initiative of the Jewish Agency for Israel\r\n\t(JAFI), with the support of the Government of Israel, Project\r\n\tHEART—Holocaust Era Asset Restitution Taskforce—aims to\r\n\tprovide the tools, strategy, and information to enable the\r\n\tGovernment of Israel, the project, and its partners to bring about a\r\n\tsmall measure of justice to eligible heirs of Jewish victims, the\r\n\tvictims themselves, and the Jewish people.<\/p>\r\n\t

\r\n\tAt\r\n\tthis initial stage, Project HEART is focusing on identifying\r\n\tindividuals with potential claims regarding the following types of\r\n\tprivate property for which no restitution was received after the\r\n\tHolocaust era:<\/p>\r\n\t

    \r\n\t\t

  • \r\n\t\tprivate\r\n\t\tproperty that was located in countries that were controlled by the\r\n\t\tNazi forces or Axis powers at any time during the Holocaust era;<\/p>\r\n\t\t<\/li>

  • \r\n\t\tand\r\n\t\tprivate property that belonged to Jewish persons as defined by\r\n\t\tNazi\/Axis racial laws;<\/p>\r\n\t\t<\/li>

  • \r\n\t\tand\r\n\t\tprivate property that was confiscated, looted, or forcibly sold by\r\n\t\tthe Nazi forces or Axis powers during the Holocaust era.<\/p>\r\n\t\t<\/li>

    \r\nIf\r\nthat applies to you, you are encouraged to first seek compensation\r\nand restitution for the Palestinians who have been, and still are,\r\nexperiencing a far worse holocaust today at the hands of the\r\ngrandchildren of the Jewish holocaust victims. \r\n<\/p>\r\n

    \r\nAs\r\nthe Good Book says of the 'Golden Rule': “That which is hateful\r\nto you, don’t do unto others”.<\/b><\/p>\r\n

    \r\nThe\r\ndaily killing of Palestinian men, women, and children, the daily\r\nPalestinian property confiscations<\/span>, the\r\ndaily Palestinian home demolitions<\/span>, the\r\ndaily checkpoints and humiliations<\/span>, the\r\ndaily strangulation and systematic<\/span>\r\neradication of a people, and the daily replication of NAZI Era\r\npolicies by the Jewish State of Israel, are all happening in\r\nPalestine to its indigenous Arab Muslim and Arab Christian peoples\r\neven as we speak. \r\n<\/p>\r\n

    \r\nThe\r\nPalestinians don't need museums to prove their holocaust to the\r\nworld. The Palestinian holocaust is happening while the Jews seek\r\ncompensation for what is today only in their museums<\/span>.\r\nAll Palestinian land confiscations<\/span>,\r\nPalestinian burial grounds, and Palestinian refugee camps, are open\r\nfor all to see.<\/p>\r\n
