\r\nLet's\r\nbegin Part-3<\/u>\r\nwith the maverick tinkerer referenced<\/u>\r\nby Dr. Judy Wood to explain her HOW theories for the 'New Hiroshima',\r\nMr. John Hutchison:<\/p>\r\n

\r\n“Yet,\r\nto this date, the Hutchison Effect has not been reproduced by anyone\r\nbut John Hutchison. Adding to the mystery, the Canadian government\r\nconfiscated his anti-gravity equipment in the late 1980s. \r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nThe\r\nUS Government has also become extremely interested in the Hutchison\r\nEffect. In fact, one US Army Lt. Colonel sent this man to investigate\r\nJohn Hutchison's phenomenon. \r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\n[Jack\r\nHouck speaking]: 'We are talking about what I would categorize as\r\nmind over matter. And if it's that, then it won't become an\r\nanti-gravity machine in the future, but I believe it should be of\r\ninterest to science.' \r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nEngineer\r\nJack Houck works for an aeronautical corporation. On his two day\r\nvisit twelve years ago, he videotaped cylinders falling, and gun\r\nbarrels crashing on cement, Houck believes that the Hutchison effect\r\nis real. And he knows why, John Hutchison is the only one who can\r\npull off the anti-gravity trick. 'My best judgment is that this\r\ncorrelates with the types of things that happen with the mind effect,\r\nmind over matter psycho knesis.' \r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nJohn\r\nHutchison was skeptical of that theory at the time, but now believes\r\nhis mind might be partly responsible. \r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nThe\r\naforementioned transcription and video segments are from the\r\ndocumentaries which John Hutchison played for the audience at the\r\n2008 9-11 Truth gathering in Seattle Washington, to introduce himself\r\nand to showcase his own work. His admission therefore, played by him\r\nin 2008 before the audience on the big screen, reflects his own\r\nbeliefs. It is not a hit-piece composed by his antagonists, but\r\nsomething which John Hutchison felt proud to showcase before his\r\nfawning audience. Therefore, its import is undeniable. \r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nBy\r\nthe verdict of the evidence presented by John Hutchison himself,\r\nsince no one to this date has been able to reproduce John Hutchison's\r\npersonal experience: \r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\n“Yet,\r\nto this date, the Hutchison Effect has not been reproduced by anyone\r\nbut John Hutchison”, <\/b><\/i>\r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nand\r\nby the admission of all concerned parties who have evaluated this\r\n“Hutchison Effect”, including the US Army: \r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\n“My\r\nbest judgment is that this correlates with the types of things that\r\nhappen with the mind effect, mind over matter psycho knesis”, <\/b><\/i>\r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nand\r\nincluding John Hutchison himself: \r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\n“this\r\nis a by product of working with these high energy fields for so long,\r\nthat you interact with them, and they seem to actually act on the\r\nneuro transmitters in your brain”,<\/b><\/i><\/p>\r\n

\r\nthe\r\nso called “Hutchison Effect” is at best, a personal\r\nexperience of John Hutchison only. \r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nAt\r\nworse, it is an outright scam and a calculated part of military's\r\npsy-ops. \r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nLet's\r\njust go with the positive aspect in this exposition and give John\r\nHutchison the benefit of the doubt. While I have never met John\r\nHutchison, and only heard of him through Judy Wood's work in February\r\n2011, based on what I have gleaned thus far, I do perceive the\r\ntinkerer to be sincere himself, even if somewhat whacky, and perhaps\r\neven a victim of pys-ops. Therefore, it is not unreasonable to give\r\nthe fellow the benefit of the doubt in regards to his tinkering not\r\nbeing an outright scam. It is the tinkerers who often discover new\r\nthings, who shake accepted beliefs, and Niocola Tesla was himself\r\none. More perspective on this is conveyed in this letter<\/u>.<\/p>\r\n

\r\nThat\r\nbenefit of the doubt however still only leaves us with John\r\nHutchison's personal experience to go on in this matter of\r\n“Hutchison's Effect”. \r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nHow\r\ncan the personal experience of one individual be deemed SCIENCE?<\/p>\r\n

\r\nNo\r\none else can reproduce it!<\/p>\r\n

\r\nEven\r\nJohn Hutchison admits to himself not being able to repeat it on\r\ndemand.<\/p>\r\n

\r\nBut\r\nit gets better and better:<\/p>\r\n

\r\n“The\r\nUFOs are just other forms of life from space, some advanced races,\r\nperhaps 15, I'd say roughly maybe 15 light years out. [I'd say when\r\ntheir] population starts to increase, of different races, from very\r\nlow types of races to races that have excelled in propulsion, and\r\ntime and space and energy. \r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nAnd\r\nperhaps they come and monitor our old style radio signals and start\r\nlaughing. Perhaps not. Maybe their culture is so entirely different\r\nthat they are just thinking about it, and trying to help. \r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nSo\r\nthere is a connection, this earth is only an island really, when you\r\nlook at it on a logical level, on a cosmological level, amongst a sea\r\nof billions of stars, hundreds of thousands of galaxies. \r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nAnd\r\nI am sure they have mastered time and space and inter-dimensional\r\nphysics, they can pass from one dimension to another dimension very\r\nquickly, fold space, come and say hi here. So, they mastered all\r\nthose problems a long ago, I feel. \r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nWhy,\r\noh why, as I wrote asking Dr. Judy Wood in consternation, does John\r\nHutchison also have to have a UFO connection: \r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\n“I\r\nactually had my own encounters with the UFOs. And, I was not scared.\r\nI was very relaxed actually. Almost like a matter of fact situation!”<\/b><\/i><\/p>\r\n

\r\nWhat\r\ndo you think?<\/p>\r\n

\r\nHere\r\nis the pertinent excerpt from my Feb 6, 2011 letter<\/u>,\r\nonly time will tell: \r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nPerhaps\r\nthere is a much simpler explanation for why someone poison's their\r\nown well. But only Dr. Judy Wood can inform us of it. \r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nAnd\r\nif the rational Dr. Judy Wood has inexplicably come to believe in the\r\nAliens-UFOs religion herself (just as she evidently does in the\r\nbizarre things many of the UFO aficionados<\/span>\r\nalso strangely tend to believe in, like Free Energy and the like),\r\nthe evidence-stream for 9\/11 that she has compiled from public domain\r\nsources still stands on its own, and still begs a rational scientific\r\nHOW explanation. An explanation however, I feel, that is clearly not\r\nto be had in the foreseeable future if the WTC towers were indeed\r\ndemolished by something other than straightforward controlled\r\ndemolition. Both commonsense and experience tells us that it will be\r\nheld as a super-classified military and state secret until they\r\nreveal it themselves. \r\n<\/p>\r\n
