From middles of 2006 the American government knew that the financial crisis was imminent, but it didn't make anything to alter the existent conditions in way to avoid the crisis or to minimize it. Therefore, we can conclude that the Occident produced this economical crisis (that lowered the beggar standard of living in Middle East and it increased the possibility conditions for the rebellions in Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, etc) with the hope that the economical retraction in Europe and USA carted a sensitive lowering of the price of the petroleum. But the price of the petroleum didn't fall and it follows increasing because China continues growing and consuming a lot petroleum.



Actually the scale of the power hangs more and more towards the China. What happens in the USA and in Europe no longer they affect China and in little they contribute to the formation of the price of the petroleum. Soon Middle East, that already suffers the economical attraction of China, it will start to orbit Pequin politically. This maybe is the true fear of Europeans and American, whose savings depend a lot of the Russian and of Middle East petroleum.



Russia will continue sat down on top of his petroleum opening and closing the faucet as well to understand. The Russians are very safe with his nuclear dissuasion power.



And us Brazilian we are fucked if we don't build a reasonable nuclear dissuasion power. With the Russians controlling his petroleum and the petroleum of Middle East flowing to China who the Americans and Europeans will want to plunder? The Brazilian idiots that it has trillions of barrels of petroleum in his coast and they are unable to threaten who wants that it is with their boats, airplanes, tanks and toy bombs.



The allegation that the production of clean energy in the USA and in Europe they reduce the importance of the Brazilian petroleum is history to for-ox-sleep. The chemical and plastic productive chains depend on the petroleum. Therefore, the petroleum will continue to be a vital and strategic industrial input.
