Together with the people&rsquo;s movement in the cities, the rebel army defeated the brutal military dictatorship of Fulgencio Batista.  <br>  <br> The Revolution not only signified the end of the dictatorship, but also the beginning of a truly independent nation whose example of rebelliousness and resistance continues to inspire millions across planet.  <br>  <br> Join the Party for Socialism and Liberation for the screening of Moments with Fidel; come and celebrate the anniversary of the Cuban Revolution.
