"Article V.
Nobody will be submitted to the torture nor treatment or punishment cruel, inhuman or degrading.
Article VI.
Every human being is entitled of being, every place, recognized as person before the law.
Article VII.
All are same before the law and they are entitled, without any distinction, to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination that violates to present Declaration and against any incitamento the such discrimination."
This legislative initiative that is mention in the newspaper, my friends, contradicts the letter and the spirit of the International Law. Therefore, it can be interpreted as a deliberate insult to the International Community. The American legislators that passed this law are telling to the world: we do what want and we didn't undergo any international rules signed by the USA.
This Law it is a war declaration to the whole world.
