A solid fuel rocket with high tech computers is assisted on its trajectory to the once lovely Kwajalein atoll in the Marshall Islands by the Space and Missile Center in El Segundo CA. <br>  <br>  The test launch set for the midnight August 23rd violates the Nuclear Non Proliferation treaty in which the US promised to engage in good faith disarmament of nuclear weapons. <br>  <br>   Why are there UN sanctions against the starving country of North Korea for the test of seven old  liquid fuel, re tooled SCUD's that plopped  into the nearby Sea of Japan?  This is hypocrisy on the highest level.
