Note. I have to give credit to Newsmax here which, while supporting Bush corporate welfare generally, admits the fiscal impact of it.

However the distinction remains: corporate welfare benefits the few, but general welfare, like health care, infrastructure, public transportation, unemployment, benefits the whole.
