12/20 march on lennox sheriffs station to demand an all-elected, all-civilian police control board

Mrs. Elida Portillo speaks in front of Lennox Sheriffs station on what would have been her son Christian's 35th birthday.
He was killed 7/23 by 2 deputies who walked up on him as he was sitting in his parked car in the driveway of his family home with his parents outside. No weapons or drugs were found. Sheriff's said he 'reached under the seat.'
