{"article":{"id":218477,"heading":"UPDATE..june 21..counter-protesters vs. minutemen","author":"SyStEmF@iLuRe","created":"2008-06-24 07:32:23","modified":"2008-06-24 14:17:21","last_modified":"Tue, 24 Jun 2008 21:17:21","article":"<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC \"-\/\/W3C\/\/DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional\/\/EN\" \"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/TR\/REC-html40\/loose.dtd\">\n<html><body><p>Hello, <br>  <br> I was among 12 other counter protesters in downtown los angeles on saturday june 21 at olympic and broadway. <br>  <br> We arrived around 1130am on the corner to be greeted by 10 other persons to stand in solidarity. <br>  <br> We could see the flag waiving minuteman militia gathering around there cars that would eventually lead the procession. <br>  <br> We observed at least 40 police with about another 30 on bicycles down the street. <br>  <br> As the march started --we walked with the racists (on the sidewalk) holding our signs and chanting anti-hate slogans. <br><br> As the march ended at city hall...the racists went one way and we went another. <br><br> The sorry situation is...why was there only 12 people there? <br>  <br> There should have been hundreds. <br>  <br> WHat is going on los angeles? <br><br> Are you just going to say \"fuck it\" it was too hot.... <br>  <br> and let these racists own the streets of los angeles? <br><br> They won that day. <br>  <br> Because noone  cared enough to show up and kick these assholes <br>  <br> off the streets. <br><br> good job LA.....thanks for nothing.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","contact":"dvml@mail.com","link":"","address":"","phone":"","parent_id":0,"mime_type":"text\/plain","summary":"Counter protesters?
