Uploaded is part one of a phone interview with Mike Dunlap a homeless rights activist with a group called Homeless We Care. The interview was recorded on March 26, 2008 two days after the eviction of hundreds of people from a large encampment in the City of Ontario, California.
In part one Mike tells of the formation of the camp, its history, its problems and its growth to a population estimated to be 400 people at its peak.
