Why are brokers so ignorant of their business and get caught up in all the fraud leaving everything to TITLE COMPANIES TO PASS BOTH TITLE AND JUDGMENT?

Why is it people have no trouble trusting in the same people that screwed them the first time Banks and brokers est and buying and selling stolen properties,….. but we have problems selling court ordered and Judicially foreclosed properties??



Its not a \"Tight Market\" But a criminal market. A good broker has the courage like Garamendi to know whether RESPA was followed and what a chain of title is.

We have properties clear in Napa that have 2 bank first deeds of trust on it to cook their books. and the recorder let them do it.

You should know enough to do your own search. In the assessors deed card not the recorders record which is fraud.

If you had the correct knowledge the best way to check on whether a title is good or bad is a search of\" The State of California UCC property record. Its the only superior repository of titles.

I pass title only by UCC FILING on the Secretary of States Master file record. And the Sectretary of State Notarizes it.That way its superior to erase all fraud.



I own the Title Companies, so I dont do business with them they are all frauds. I have my own Title Company, And the IRS is party to every sale. Every broke I listed with has defrauded me and was bribes and threatened. They got rich on me.

Like Bill who has $21 Million in assignments. What did he do with it all? He also holds open escrows on Sonoma and Marin County properties and the Kornell Winery since 2004 and when Christansens asked hin to release them did he???

The fact that you mention “Litigation fears” is enough to prove you were threatened. The courts have no power over us Our Judgments are unimpeachable Res Judicata above the courts. We own their Judges and attorneys also, evil God damned Courts they are the ones who joined the ID trust theft.
