Unfortunately many businesses still remain open, despite the evacuation order, subjecting their workers to unhealthy breathing conditions.

Furthermore, the fact that Fallbrook is under evacuation and little to no media have been present to cover the critical situation Fallbrook faces, leads us to further question the presence of the Border Patrol in this area. They simply are not needed nor wanted.

Please call or email the following to demand that the Border Patrol leave Fallbrook immediately! The Temecula and Oceanside border patrol stations are on each side of Fallbrook and may have been requested to assist. I wouldn't read anything into it.\r\n\r\nAs far as the incident at the stadium, local law enforcement called the border patrol after the illegal immigrants were caught selling the supplies they lawfully aquired at the evacuation center. The supplies are for everyone evacuated however, it is a federal crime to redistribute or sell the supplies. It has inflamed alot of people in SD County.","author":"John","parent_id":208948,"mime_type":"text\/plain","created":"2007-10-27 12:50:04","modified":"2007-10-27 12:50:04","fileurl":""}]}
