I sent out the letter below in an email to Canadian and American Government officials. Be forewarned if you are a government informant on government corruption.

Dear Ladies and Gentleman of Canada and the USA,
I am writing you this email fo several reasons. First, I want to ask you to assist me in getting the National Treasury Employees Union (NTEU) out of the USA Customs Department and the Border Patrol. We honest government informants I believe are being targeted when we leave the USA, because the NTEU is informed of our departure because the Canadian border patrol and the USA border patrol share information, which they should. Collusion however through the NTEU leaves government informants at the mercy of NTEU federal criminal syndicates when they cross the borders. I was attacked in April of 2007 in Canada and details are below. I do not believe it was because of Canadian hate crimes but the fact that there are those syndicates that need money laundered not only in Canada but the USA, and I am a hated man because I blew the whistle on money laundering in the USA at their FDIC regulated banks.
For the record, my name is Kurt Brown, my USA passport number is (NUMBER REMOVED) . The USA government put me on what amounts to a full disability retirement after an attack on my life in 2001. I want to work as a bank examiner in the USA again but they will not re-hire me. I would like to work as a bank examiner for Canada if anyone wants to put in a good word for me. I am too young to retire. I was a bank examiner for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, which has blood on their floors in San Francisco, and a coverup has been instigated in the death of innocent men. I survived albeit tortured for years afterward.
The second reason I am writing this is to inform you that I am now out of Canada. A border patrol agent listed later in this email told me to come back through his check point when I was ordered to get my belongings and leave in April of 2007. Details are below. He told me he was going to put a warrant on me if I did not do so. I left but I left through another check point due to my fear of being set up again, not by the Canadians, but by the Americans, who likely have many money laundering benefactors in the crime syndicates in New York and who have direct links to the USA border patrol in New York. I did nothing to provoke my ordered departure. I was in Canada for roughly two weeks. I always felt a kind of kinship with Canadians. My father was an English descendant, several generations in the USA. I also attended college with a young woman from Calgary Canada who was on a golf scholarship in my college in the USA and although I barely knew her, she seemed like an admirable young woman.
I am Kurt Brown, AKA Saint Ram Bone, a USA citizen and formerly a federal bank examiner in the USA under the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). I reported obvious money laundering and the likely murder of a regional FDIC director in San Francisco that was labeled suicide after I was terminated in 2000. I would not drop an EEOC complaint so the assistant regional director, Sue Carroll used that excuse to terminate me, but on paperwork she said something else. They were stacking employees in the agency. I was not the only one pushed out in San Francisco. The prior reigional director was shot in his head in his office at the agency. The official line was suicide, and I say he was murdered, which sickens me if he was an honest government banking regulatory official. I was attacked in 2001 and the USA governments, or some members, seemed to want to attack me further. In my travails, I got a Sheriff Jack Tillman terminated in Mobile Alabama for stealing inmate food funds. In a way, he was my proof that what I was doing in my investigations was for the good of the people, even though I often pointed to corrupt government officials. I was ordered silent on the FDIC, but in true American spirit, I speak, I spit, I keep no secrets and I tell no lies.
I went to Canada and was going to spend the Summer of 2007 on Vacation. It was horrific. I went through the Vancouver border patrol near Surrey with no problem.
However, after I made it to Vancouver, three caucasian guys were by my vehicle when I stopped to pick up a few things at a store. One stepped back where I could not see him and that left two men. One was under my vehicle and the other was beside it. When I approached them, I said get out of from under my truck. The guy under the truck leaned out and showed me a nut and the other stood there looking at me. I got in my truck, started it, and left. I saw the man getting out from under my truck when I started it up. He and the other man just stood there and walked away as I drove off. If I would have attacked the man, I believe I would have been mortally wounded or killed.
Then I went to see about a rental in Vancouver I had prearranged, I thought. However, the rental fell through and the French speaking woman told me she had changed her mind, so I was left driving around Vancouver in the rain. I stopped again to get something to drink and something to eat at another store. When I came out, two men of India complexion were looking in my camper on my truck. I asked what they were doing. One said he was looking at my fishing pole. I got in my truck to leave and one of the men started snatching at something in the rear quarter panel and it was loud.
I drove off because I did not want any trouble and the damage was already done. A woman clerk in the store who I had told I had to go because someone was messing with my truck came out of the store and told the men to, "Leave him alone". The man shouted, "Mind your own business", and they walked off and I left. I have a disabled veteran license plate so it could have been a hate crime based on that, but I doubt it. I believe it was likely related to my reporting money laundering and murder labeled suicide at my employer, the FDIC, where I was a bank examiner.
I decided to leave Vancouver and see Calgary and perhaps go all the way to the East Coast of Canada to escape whoever it was that was messing with me. The next day, I had a blowout on the tire where the men were snatching something. When I stopped to change the tire, I was getting my instruction book on changing the tire and I was getting the jack. As I stood by the vehicle at the driver's side door, a young man and woman pulled up. The man asked if I needed help. I said no, and as I turned away from them, the man, who I could not see in the car due to shadows and the female passenger in the way, fired a pellet pistol or pellet rifle at me. I turned just in time because it cracked my windshield and the pellet either tapped my sunglasses rim or the glass from the window shot up and hit me. The girl said, "you are such a loser" and they drove off.
I realized later that the wire the men of India complexion had snatched off was a ground wire on the vehicle which I have since that time replaced. I am glad it was not an electrical wire for the lights. I am lucky my eye was not shot out. I do not know what the man under the vehicle removed. I have not been able to identify where it came from.
Later, I got to Ontario, rented a hotel for a week in Kingston, put my belongings into storage, and made a trip to New York to visit a friend there. On the way back, the Canadian border patrol at the Thousand Islands checkpoint near Watertown NY would not let me in until I proved I was a US resident with a home in the USA and an income. I got documents faxed and proved it to them. Then, the border patrol agent, Mr. Murray, told me I would have to get my computers and such out of Canada by the next day at noon or a warrant would be placed on me. I asked why and after pushing him for an answer, he said, "You are too foot-loose and fancy-free". Mr. Murray's phone number is 613 659 2319
In my anger and frustration I told him Canada was just like the USA in some of their Nazi traits and he got angry. He started shouting at me that 7 Canadians had died that day in Afghanistan and that I as an American was responsible for the war in Afghanistan and that day was some sort of Canadian Veterans day. Just for the record, I am appalled by the war in Iraq and Afghanistan. Some people or things do not know about diplomacy. I would rather build relationships and space colonies, not war machines and graves.
I got my stuff and left the next day near Detroit and came to the Gulf Coast of the USA where I am accustomed to governmental apartheid, and abuse, and expect it. You do not have to be a man of color to suffer apartheid in the United States. You will not see that on American mass media.
The border patrol of the US is under the National Treasury Employees Union (NTEU). When I went across in Vancouver two weeks earlier, I am certain that the Canadian border patrol shared documents with the NTEU and let them know I was entering Canada. The NTEU is also over the FDIC, my past employer, the one where I reported money launderers from Nevada being issued bank charters in California by FDIC employees and the then acting FDIC regional director in San Francisco. He was the regional director who replaced the regional director who was shot in the head in his office in the 90's in San Francisco. They claimed it was suicide and I dispute that claim. the Director of the FDIC in San Francisco, George Masa is no longer there per my research. I still feel the money laundering syndicate is in place in the federal government.
So the bottom line is that I like Canada and I like most Canadians. I have harmed no one. I hope that the NTEU gets out of USA customs and the border patrol. The NTEU spread their grip over the entire USA federal government when Nixon was impeached in 1973. COLLUSION creates a situation where ALL AUDITS AND INVESTIGATIONS ARE UNRELIABLE AND IRRELEVANT.
I recently did some research on Canadian federal employees Unions. Unfortunately, my report was deleted from the Indymedia articles in the USA. One of Canada's federal unions encourages collusion due to their control over several agencies just like the NTEU in the USA. Whereas another of Canada's federal unions have a situation where the chance of collusion is reduced because each agency has its own union and they meet as a collective to do collective bargaining, and that is the full extent of their contact. I encourage Canadians to review their unions for collusive structure just as I encourage the USA to do the same and to correct the problem.
Remember this and put it in your brain forever, "When you have collusion, all audits and investigations are unreliabled and irrelevant". If the Union bosses or agencies say, "We have controls in place." You must ask yourself about the human factor known as greed. Collusion is expressed mathematically as f as a function of x, or f(x). Therefore, if you have 120 agencies under one union, the chances of collusion are 120 raised to the power of 120, or 14,400 chances of collusion. It is not brain surgery, it is common sense.
Beware of casinos as they are part of the problem. They need money launderers in order to realize profits of a monumental scale. Druglords need money launderers also.
I am an excellent bank examiner. I stay calm under stress. I have several bachelors degrees and I have started a masters in computer science. I am also trained in science, such as chemistry and such, so I think logically. I am also accustomed to dodging the criminal element, I have experience dealing with them in the real world, and I can spot a money laundering syndicate within a few hours of toying with them.

I am back in the apartheid zone of the USA, the South East USA, where all men are discriminated against if they can pinpoint criminasl such as the food funds thief and Sheriff, Jack Tillman, now terminated. It took me 6 years, but he is no longer stealing money earmarked for the purchase of food for captive men's mouths.
May we have peace and prosperity. I invite all Canadians to the USA. I believe in diplomacy. I would love to see the woman who was a golfer from Calgary again. I asked her if she could hit a moving target like a running man, and she looked at me rather strange. I liked her, but we are obviously not from the same background. I can play one handed golf with each hand. It was a trick I learned while recovering from an injury. I would like to play golf with Jack as my target. Have a good day, aye.

Seriously, help me to break the grip of the NTEU syndicates so us honest informants can travel beyond the borders without fear. Get the NTEU out of the Customs and Border Patrol. Canada, look for collusion relationships in your unions, i.e. more than one agency under one union, and do something about it. I fear positive capitalism is dieing, and hence so is capitalism in threat of complete destruction. Capitalism is a beautiful idea until it is perverted by collusion and resultant corruption. Honest men should not die doing honest and honorable things.
