This is the best news that I have heard in many many years.

The nightmare this man has had to endure may be close to over.

Today is a day to celebrate!



The court of appeals just unanimously decided to throw out the 22 1\/2 year sentence imposed against Jeff back in 2001.

For those of you that remember, Jeff was convicted of setting fire to an SUV lot in Eugene Oregon to protest Global Warming and was there after labeled as a terrorist by the Government.

Jeff's case will now be sent back to court for re-sentencing.

According to the appeal decision and the belief of Jeff's lawyers, it looks like he could get a 15 year reduction on his sentence - which would mean that he could already be very close to Time Served.

I can't believe this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
