\r\nI.  Rigged Elections<\/span>
\r\n
\r\n[The USA leads the world again !!]
\r\n
\r\nIf something is not done about voting fraud, accomplished primarily via\r\nrigged\r\ntechnology<\/span> in the USA<\/span>,\r\nthen one might predict that the Democratic candidate in 2008, \r\nSenator\r\nHillary Clinton, will receive 75% of the popular vote, and the\r\nRepublican candidate will ONCE\r\nAGAIN<\/span> (third time in a row) eke out a narrow victory.
\r\n
\r\nNote: \r\nThe General Accounting Office<\/span> (GAO) of the U.S. Government\r\nhas recently published a report indicting the Bush\r\nRepublicans<\/span> for having committed voting fraud in the 2004\r\nelection, and thus stolen the presidency. 
\r\n
\r\nYes,\r\nbelieve it or not, even a department of the U.S. Government (the most\r\nhonest one, maybe the only honest one under the present regime) points\r\nthe finger at the guilty.
\r\n
\r\n[ Just after the 2004 election, what\r\nappeared to be  a very reliable source reported via email that\r\nthe\r\nRepublicans committed massive voting fraud in at least 15\r\nstates.  The\r\nsource also stated that journalists were frightened for their jobs and\r\ndid not dare speak openly.]
\r\n

\r\nVoting fraud is becoming a Western world bore.  The USA and\r\nnow the UK and EU are doing it.
\r\n
\r\nThe\r\nBlair-New Labour Government<\/span> <\/span>has to date\r\nrelied on all-postal\r\nvoting<\/span>\r\nfor their fraudulent practice. But Blair ---  obviously with\r\nUSA\r\nfraudulent practices in mind --- has proposed the use of voting-technology,<\/span>\r\npredictably for more ambitious fraud in future.
\r\n
\r\nThe\r\nEuropean Union<\/span>\r\nhas its own version of the rigged election.  The unelected,\r\nunaccountable (except to its Corporate masters -- e.g. the\r\nChemical-Drug--Biotechnology cartel, the giant banks) \r\nEuropean Commission <\/span>simply\r\nignores election results --- as in France and the Netherlands regarding\r\nthe proposed European Constitution --- AND outright bans a popular\r\npolitical party it does not like.

\r\nOf course, there was the recently rigged election in Mexico<\/span>\r\nwhereby the U.S. Corporation-friendly candidate eked out his\r\ncounterfeit victory.
\r\n
\r\n
\r\nII. \r\nWhat To Do About It
\r\n      [regarding the USA]
\r\n<\/span>
\r\nWe must get around the Giant\r\nCorporation-Government-corporate Mass Media axis<\/span>\r\nwhich has been responsible for perpetrating voting fraud and rigged\r\nelections in 2000 and 2004, and suppressing public knowledge of the\r\nfacts.
\r\n[And, naturally, now suppresses knowledge of the General Accounting\r\nOffice's ultra-consequential Report.]
\r\n
\r\nGrassroots\r\nPublic Information Campaigns are the way to establish a People's Mass\r\nMedia, <\/span>thereby\r\ngetting around the Corporation-Government-corporate Mass Media axis and\r\nits Thought Control practices.<\/span>
\r\n
\r\nAlthough the Internet can play a significant role in a\r\ngrassroots Public Information Campaigning movement for fair elections<\/span>,\r\nthe bulk of the job really must be done
\r\n(1) door-to-door<\/span>\r\nwith leaflets \/\r\ntalking<\/span> and
\r\n(2) similarly amongst college\/university\r\nstudents<\/span>.
\r\nMajor\r\ninformation campaigns <\/span>MUST<\/span> be conducted in\r\nuniversities\/colleges<\/span>.  <\/span>MUST<\/span>.<\/span>
\r\n
\r\n(1) No technology should be allowed in the voting process, and most\r\ncertainly not when provided by extreme, unscrupulous, corporate\r\nRepublican partisans.
\r\n
\r\n(2)  Voting should involve, simply,  papers and\r\npencils and citizen watchdogs to see the count is straight.
\r\n
\r\n(3)  Perpetrators of the 2000 and 2004 voting frauds, who have\r\nplaced\r\nthe wrong person in the White House each time, must be publicly\r\npilloried, disempowered utterly, and dealt with severely according to\r\nprinciples of Justice.
\r\n
\r\n(4)  The American Public<\/span><\/span>,\r\nas always with important matters, is largely ignorant and hence\r\npassive.  They\r\nneed to be educated\r\nand politically activated<\/span> to demand fair elections and to\r\nset about enforcing the demand<\/span>.
\r\n
\r\nCollege\/University\r\nstudents<\/span> should be prime recipients of such PUBLIC INFORMATION CAMPAIGNS<\/span>.
\r\n
\r\nThe campaigning must begin NOW !!  NOW!!<\/span>
\r\n
\r\nI urge you to CONTACT\r\nHILLARY CLINTON <\/span>and urge her to fight for a fair election.
