Now it is about the electoral topic.

The second report on Cuba was presented recently by the North American secretary of State, Condoleezza it Ruffles, given to know by way of continuation of the one presented in May of two thousand four.

One of the announced questions is to eliminate the Cuban current electoral system and to establish one similar to that of the United States. How would it work? He\/she explained to it this Monday the newspaper USA-Today.

According to this newspaper, that of more circulation, there most of the North Americans sample little interest in selecting candidates for the partial elections of November. In those elections it should be renovated the Camera of Representatives and the third part of the Senate and of the governors.

SCANDALOUS ABSENCE IN THE URNS Alone to end up for example being candidate to senator .como it happened in California - some have ended up investing up to twenty-five million dollars.

This year twenty-six North American states already made that type of elections, and the attendance, he\/she said USA-TODAY it oscillated between a twenty and thirty percent of those who candidates should select. You arrived to the case, in the state of Virginia, that less than four percent of their three million and half voters they converged to vote.

It is surrounded by this panorama that the plan Bush proclaims an electoral new system for Cuba.

http:\/\/www.nnc.cubaweb.cu\/<\/a>

\n","contact":"maria_carla87@yahoo.es","link":"","address":"","phone":"","parent_id":0,"mime_type":"text\/plain","summary":"It is surrounded by this panorama that the plan Bush proclaims an electoral new system for Cuba.
