The ever conflicting views between the Majority and the

Bush Administration regarding Our Rights and Freedoms are on a Head on Collision. Passionate

Disagreement should Strengthen rather than undermine our National Commitment to Peacefully

and Respectfully resolve our differences. It does not serve us well when our most cherished liberties are

being attacked under the guise of a Cultural War.

Balancing Freedom against Cultural Perspectives

is an ongoing process. Generation after Generation has witnessed the struggle of Civil and Religeous

Rights. including, the womens right to Vote, Prohibition, polygamy, capitol punishment, abortion,

etc.,

The issues that reach the Supreme Court establish

and underscore the Laws of This Land. What is most

important is that we have and support a Method of

Peacefully and Thoughtfully resolving our internal

Idealogical rifts that threaten our ability to govern ourselves and to live together in respectful peace.
