Whatever you\r\nthink of the chain of events preceding the London bombings, including the\r\ninvasion of Iraq, the people who carried out the bombings were carrying out\r\nacts of terror.  They personally made the decision to kill innocent\r\ncivilians and moral judgement has to be based on that fact.  There was\r\nnothing inevitable in their choice.
